This October 2026, we’re taking a little time away from making kimchi and heading to Korea for a few weeks!
That means our usual schedule will look a little different while we’re gone. We won’t be at Aggieland Farmers Market on October 10, 17, or 24, and we won’t be making our regular retailer restocks during that part of the month.
Before we leave, though, we’ll make sure all of our retailers are stocked up:
- Village Foods & Pharmacy in Bryan
- BCS Asian Market in College Station
- Lonestar Meadery in Downtown Bryan
Village Foods & Pharmacy and BCS Asian Market carry all of our current products. Lonestar Meadery carries our Dried Kimchi in its tasting room.
So if you need some Kahjok Kimchi House while we’re away, you’ll still have places to find us. We’ll leave the shelves stocked before we go, but we won’t be there to replenish them while we’re in Korea—so if your favorite location sells through, we won’t be able to restock it until we get home.
When we’ll be back
Our first retailer restock after the trip will be Thursday, October 29, 2026, and we’ll return to Aggieland Farmers Market on Saturday, October 31.
- October 10: We won’t be at Aggieland Farmers Market
- October 17: We won’t be at Aggieland Farmers Market
- October 24: We won’t be at Aggieland Farmers Market
- October 29: Retailer restocks resume
- October 31: We’re back at Aggieland Farmers Market
After a few weeks away, we have a feeling we’ll be more than ready to get back into the kitchen and start making kimchi again.
